services include professional asset management and REO disposition services,
as well as state of the art proprietary case-management technology deployable

dollars for clients, National Asset Management Solutions works closely with
Foreclosure, Bankruptcy and Eviction Attorneys, Appraisers, Brokers, and
Title and Escrow Divisions oftentimes significantly reducing client overhead

While the best technology allows for the most efficient management of the
myriad of case details in the life cycle of an REO asset, there is no substitute
for technical expertise and experience in the brokerage aspect of REO negotiation
and liquidation. In that regard, Fidelity has unparalleled depth in its
senior management team which, in the aggregate, has managed the disposition
of well in excess of 80,000 REO assets over the last 15 years while on the
client side at FannieMae, First Gibraltar Bank of Texas, First Nationwide
Mortgage and Bank, and The Money Store. On the third party side, management
has provided REO services at FGB Realty Advisors, Prudential Asset Management
and Castle Advisors., Inc. The goal of National Asset Management Solutions
is to become a virtual extension of our client by pro-actively crafting
a partnership focused on reducing loss severity while accelerating disposition
