LPS Asset Management Solutions, Inc.  has created the position of Agent Network Consultant (ANC) in order to provide better and more comprehensive support to LPS Operations and our broker agents.

Agent Network Consultant Priorities

• Ensure that all Agent profiles are up-to date and accurate
• Monitor performance and implement appropriate network changes
• Conduct Training sessions
• Coordinate the sharing of best practices
• Act as a Resource for our Internal Customers
• Orchestrate the completion and sharing of market studies
• Respond to, research and take action on all broker incident reports
• Conduct periodic asset property inspections and report findings/suggestions to all stakeholders

Agent Network Consultants

Susan Speer Susan came to LPS with over 10 years of experience in the real estate business with specific background in appraisal and real estate marketing and has had her California real estate license for eight years. Her prior employer was an REO network broker for many years, giving Susan invaluable insight to LPS processes and procedures from the network agent perspective. As an Agent Network Consultant, Susan provides support to our network in California, Arizona, Nevada and other western states. Susan majored in Psychology and has a minor in Administration of Justice from San Jose State University.

Jonathan Green Jonathan Green is the Agent Network Consultant for the Southeast. He is regionally aligned in Atlanta, Georgia to bring more focus and attention to the concerns and needs of our agent partners throughout his region and the country. Prior to coming on board with LPS, he worked as a Real Estate Broker in Atlanta, where his firm specialized in managing the acquisition, renovation, and disposition of distressed properties for investment companies throughout the country. Jonathan holds a BS degree in Finance from Florida State University.

Jackie M. Jackson Jackie M. Jackson joined LPS in July 2007 as an Agent Network Consultant. Currently residing in Detroit, Michigan. Jackie is focused on providing support to FIS’ agents in the states of Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, and Wisconsin. She comes to us with eight years of experience within the field of real estate including mortgage processor, underwriter, real estate broker, and limited licensed appraiser. She has her Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice, and is currently studying to obtain her Master’s degree in Adult Education and Training.

Leah Gutierrez Leah began her career at LPS Asset Management Solutions as an Asset Manager. Currently she is the Agent Network Consultant for the Northwest territories. Leah’s Career background includes, 10 years with Colorado’s largest utility company, Owner operator of successful small remodeling business, licensed realtor, property manager, and mortgage broker. She is currently working on Associate of Arts Degree with an emphasis in Economics. She has also completed construction technology courses at RRCC, held class-D supervisors Certificate for tenant finish, and building insulation.

Claudia DiDomenico Claudia DiDomenico is the Agent Network Consultant for the Northeast territory. She joined LPS with eight years of experience where she specialized in Relocation and REO and has held her real estate license since 1995. Claudia currently resides in Massachusetts where her main focus is providing support to LPS’s Agent Network as well as our internal customers. She attended Assumption College in Worcester, MA where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing.
