Chad Neel is President and Chief Operating Officer of LPS Field Services ("FISFS") and LPS Asset Management Solutions ("LPSAMS"). Having joined LPSAMS in 2003, Chad has held the position of Chief Operating Officer for LPSAMS since January 2004. He assumed the additional responsibility as Chief Operating Officer for FISFS in January 2006. Chad is responsible for driving each company’s strategy, increasing the value of services provided to our clients, and driving each company to continue to be best in class service providers in the REO and Field Service industries. With just over 400 employees, LPSAMS and FISFS comprise the largest providers of Field Service and REO solutions under one management team. Combining overall leadership of both organizations presents unique opportunities to leverage key operational strengths and technology offerings, as well as creating other opportunities to benefit the mortgage industry. Chad is also responsible for managing and operating BuyBankHomes.com, the industry’s leading default real estate portal. Over the past two years, BuyBankHomes has grown from a few thousand property listings and limited consumer traffic, to a site with more than 700,000 property listings and millions of visitors per month.
Prior to joining LPSAMS, Chad held a number of senior management positions in the mortgage industry. Most recently, he was president and CEO of IMX, Inc. a provider of mortgage origination software solutions. At IMX, Chad raised the venture capital required to operate a start-up organization, and led the company to become a successful and profitable operation. Before that, he held senior management positions at The Money Store, First Nationwide Mortgage Corporation and FGB Realty Advisors, Inc. In these positions, he was responsible for management of various areas within the default-servicing arena, including REO, Field Services, Loss Mitigation and Foreclosure/Bankruptcy management. Before joining FGB, Chad worked for Coopers and Lybrand. Mr. Neel holds a BS degree in Finance from Oklahoma State University. |

Randall Brown is Chief Financial Officer and Operations Director. Randall joined LPSAMS in December 2003 as Vice President of Reporting and Quality Control and was promoted to CFO in August 2004. He oversees the overall operational and financial operations for LPSAMS including the marketing, closing, title, accounting, and reporting departments. Randall also provides oversight for the FNFS reporting group. Prior to joining LPSAMS, he was the CFO at IMX. Randall previously held a position of Vice President at HomEq Servicing Corp where he spent two years managing the REO Department and three years overseeing the Reporting Department. |

Bradlee Marick is Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of LPS Field Service, Inc. ("FISFS") and LPS Asset Management Solutions, Inc. ("LPSAMS"). Bradlee is responsible for driving the company’s technology direction and providing the best technical solution for clients, employees, business partners and vendors. Bradlee joined LPSAMS in 2000. In addition to LPSAMS and FISFS, Bradlee lead the technical and customer support teams of BuyBankHomes. Prior to joining LPSAMS, Bradlee held a number of senior management positions in the mortgage industry. During his career he has designed and developed multiple Web-based tracking systems and has taken a practical approach to solving business problems using technology. Bradlee has held positions at The Money Store, First Nationwide Mortgage Corporation and FGB Realty Advisors, Inc. Bradlee attended Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, OK. |

Milt Shaw is Senior Vice President of Relationship Management for LPS Asset Management Solutions. In this capacity Milt is responsible for all of our client and supplier relationships. Milt has an extensive background in leadership, relationship and operations management. Milt is responsible for a number of key initiatives, in particular our network consolidation to better position us to respond to current and future needs of our existing clients and anticipated new relationships. His extensive real estate experience combined with the many facets of his relationship management background continues to strengthen our efforts to be a partner with our clients and suppliers.
Prior to joining LPSAMS in December 2005, Milt held a number of senior management positions in both the REO industry and the Relocation industry. His career in real estate began after obtaining his real estate brokers license while attending DePauw University. In his 7 years in real estate brokerage, appraisal, and management, Milt obtained his GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations. He has be a faculty speaker at Institute meetings and has spoken to local and national real estate and appraisal groups. The understanding that Milt brings about the real estate, appraisal, and relationships is a great compliment to our management team. |

Scott Keeter joined the LPS management staff in April of 2007 as Vice President of Marketing. Scott’s current responsibilities include the day to day operations of the Marketing department to include oversight of client relationships, hiring and strategic initiatives. Scott has been in the mortgage banking industry for 17 years, the majority of which has been spent in the mortgage servicing arena. Prior to joining LPSAMS, Scott spent over 6 years with Countrywide Home Loans where he held various management positions in Conventional Claims, Title and REO. |

Suzan Wright is Vice President of Closing and brings 29 years of experience in the real estate industry to LPS which includes: sales, marketing and closings -- the last 20 years of which has been devoted to the REO sector. She is responsible for overseeing the initiation of title orders, deed/document preparation, closing, and post-closing. Additionally, she educates and trains our local office vendors, develops positive and productive relationships with the vendors in order to exceed performance levels for the client. |

Pam Crocker is Vice President of Title and Evictions and has been with LPSAMS for seven years. Pam has over 25 years of experience in the mortgage and REO industry including originations, underwriting, title curative, closing and experience selling on the secondary market. |

Valerie Bauer is Vice President of Accounting and has managed the accounting department for LPSAMS since August of 2004. She has a diverse background in accounting, operations and management. Prior to joining FISAMS, she was the V.P. of Operations at Outercurve, where she managed their accounting, billing, and customer support team. Valerie was previously a member of the corporate accounting team at AIMCO (the nation’s largest Real Estate Investment Trust Company.) Additionally, she has several years of experience in property management in multi-family housing. |

Alex Medina is Vice President, Reporting/Quality Control and joined LPSAMS in March 2004. As VP of Reporting and Quality Control, she oversees the compliance and reporting functions for LPSAMS. She is also involved with LPS Field Services’ reporting function. Prior to joining LPSAMS, she worked for the Mortgage division of JP Morgan Chase. With over 10 years of experience in the Mortgage Industry, Alex has extensive experience in both Operations as well as Servicing Risk Management. |

Will Andrea is an AVP of Supplier Relations and joined the LPSAMS management staff in December of 2006. He leads the Pre-Marketing, Property Preservation and Agent Network Management efforts for the company. He has extensive senior management experience in the areas of Operations, Client Relations, Supply Chain Management and Market Channel Development. He is an active member of two global outsourcing associations and holds the CRP, ACA and HROA designations. Will has a BS degree in Economics from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA. |

Kirk Fogdall is a Product Manager/AVP with the LPSAMS IT department. He joined LPSAMS in 2003 as a business analyst. He is now responsible for the support and development of the software the company uses to manage assets through the REO process. Prior to joining LPSAMS, he worked for seven years as a UI Developer/Technical Writer for NETdelivery Corporation, a secure document delivery group out of Boulder, CO. |

Keith Moore is Network Manager/AVP and joined LPSAMS on Oct 14th 1998 after holding senior technical positions at AT&T and BMC West. As Network Manager at LPSAMS Keith is responsible for IT communications equipment including server, networking, communications and support. Keith has more than 15 years experience in a technical management role and training technical staff. |
